Heart Shaped Ice Cream Birthday Cake

A wonderful birthday cake will make a big surprise and great happiness. When my birthday in this year came, I received my first ice cream birthday cake from my husband. The heart-shaped ice cream birthday cake, which is attractive and so delicious!

The ice cream birthday cake is as the picture above. With the yellow peach flesh ,the green chocolate and the two red cherry on the ice cream, the whole cake looks so beautiful.

Good taste. And I wonder how to make a ice cream cake and find the methods.

The preparation material:

• an 8″ springform pan
• an 8″ round pan
• your favorite cookie dough recipe
• 2 cups whipping cream
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 recipe of chocolate ganache
• your favorite candy, prepped to go into the ice cream
• at least 4 hours of freezing time
