Seven Healthy Breakfast Tips

The morning meal "break the fast" and regenerates blood sugar (glucose) which are normally low after a night's sleep. But this is not just a matter of timing. That inaugural meal of the day is sound depends on its content, too, according to the June 2011 Harvard Health Letter.
"Skipping breakfast throws the normal circadian rhythm of fasting and feeding. Breakfast is the worst time to skip a meal, "said Dr. David Ludwig, an expert in nutrition at Harvard-affiliated Boston Children's Hospital, in an interview with the letter of health.
Carbohydrate breakfast should have fiber and protein should be lean. You can healthy fats in foods such as nuts and salmon. Here are seven tips for a healthy breakfast:  
1. Eat sufficient bread.
It composes most of the energy, so be sure to eat some bread before others. Many of those elaborate coffee drinks are unhealthy high-calorie, high–saturated fat versions of your basic cup of coffee.
2. You need more protein to build you up.
Drink some milk.  
3. Have some meats. Processed meats like bacon and sausage have been associated with a higher risk of colorectal cancer, heart disease, and type 2 diabetes 
4. Seek out quality carbs. Get your carbohydrates from whole grains, fruit, and vegetables. 
5. An egg a day. One a day is okay for most healthy people. The yolk is high in cholesterol, but eggs have proteins and vitamins and don’t appear to increase the risk for developing heart disease. 
6. Go easy on the fruit juice. Whole fruit is a better choice because it tends to have more fiber. 
7. Blend up a breakfast smoothie. Processed foods are generally not healthy, but a small house treatment is correct. You can combine fruits, juices, yogurt, wheat germ, and other ingredients in a blender and make something delicious and healthy.
